Foqus, operated by Exponential Opportunities LLC, builds El Organizador, a business management tool for service businesses. This policy covers the foqusin.com website and the text (SMS) and email messages Foqus sends to El Organizador account owners, including messages sent while we test the service.

What we collect

• Website: Foqus does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking tools on foqusin.com. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure the site.
• If you contact us: your email address and the contents of your message.
• Text messaging: your mobile phone number, a record of your consent to receive messages, and delivery status of the messages we send.

How we use it

• To send account notifications and reminders related to El Organizador.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
